Cindy earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Communications at Florida Atlantic University, her Director's credentials from the Florida Department of Children and Families and is additionally certified by the National Child Development Association. She has worked in the field for over 24 years, most of them directly in the classroom, and has taught at Temple Beth Am in Margate and Saint Andrew's School in Boca Raton. Cindy has received Level One Training for the International Baccalaureate Program and is a member of the National Association for the Education of Young Children and the North American Reggio Emilia Alliance.
Cindy's areas of interest and expertise include child growth and development, motivation among young children and creating classroom conditions to optimize various learning styles. She seeks to create the best educational environment for children as well as support and understand the challenges facing today’s parents. Cindy's belief is that all children are unique and will thrive in a loving and trusting environment.
