Robin Eisenberg, Director of Jewish Learning and Living Emerita

 

Robin Eisenberg, RJE is the Director of Jewish Learning and Living Emerita of Temple Beth El, having served as the temple’s Director of Jewish Learning and Living from 1980 until her retirement in 2017. In addition to her many accomplishments at Temple Beth El, Robin has held several national leadership positions. She has served as Past President of NATE (National Association of Temple Educators), past NATE Accreditation Chair and chair of the URJ-HUC-JIR- NATE Joint Placement Commission for Educators. Robin was the inaugural recipient of the Rebecca Gratz Award given for outstanding contributions to NATE.  

Robin is on the faculty of URJ Camp Coleman in Cleveland Georgia during Leadership and Staff Week each summer. She and her partner Andy Broido continue to be valued members of the Temple Beth El community, and Robin is proud to maintain her involvement as a lay leader.
