Jewish Meditation with Amy Grossblatt Pessah
Wednesdays, January 23, March 13, April 17 at 7:30 pm
Temple Beth El, Schaefer Family Campus
This winter and spring, we’ll continue to practice meditation in a Jewish context, engaging body, breath, and spirit to calm the mind. Each session will focus on a distinct tactic, using music, chanting, movement, or prayer. This popular ongoing series has been led at Temple Beth El by local educator Amy Grossblatt Pessah, who has received a Master’s degree in Jewish education and training as a spiritual director, and is now completing ordination as a rabbi with ALEPH: Alliance for Jewish Renewal.
