Amanda Charson, Assistant Director of Jewish Learning & Living (grades K-6)

 

Amanda Charson is a native Floridian; she grew up in Cooper City, FL and was very active within the synagogue and community.  Amanda has a background in both formal and informal Jewish Education, as well as public education.  She graduated from the University of Florida with a BA in Political Science and Secondary Education in 2005 and has worked with children ever since.  She loves overnight camp, politics, the Florida Gators, spending time with her family and friends, DECA, organizing events, working with children and her dog Snuffy.  Amanda’s passion for education and the Jewish Community is what brought her here to Temple Beth El.
