A Legacy For Our Family:
By Beth & Jeffrey Zipper
We have been members of Temple for fifteen years. Our four children Harrison, Brandon, Jared and Jamie have attended the temple's ECC, Religious School and participated in many youth group events over the years. The temple is our spiritual home and we have celebrated many simchas in the sanctuary, as a family.
Over the years we knew there was a mausoleum at the temple, but it wasn't a concept we were ready to deal with. We were in our early thirties and didn't think we had to worry about end of life choices. Eventually, we came to realize that our parents were getting older and in a few years our children would be leaving for college. They would eventually begin their careers and one day have families of their own.
It was important to us to know that we could have the comfort of keeping our family together for an eternity so we purchased a Legacy/Family Plot at the Mausoleum. By purchasing multi-crypts at today's prices, we eased the burden for our family in the future. But, more importantly, our Legacy/Family Plot will make visiting by our children, grandchildren and relatives easier. Our family will be together on sacred ground. In our minds, we have completed the cycle of life, as a family at our spiritual home.
We encourage you to visit the Mausoleum and explore the concept of a Legacy/Family Plot for your family. Please call Emily Gould at 561/391-8900, ext 2841 or email,
egould@tbeboca.org, to discuss the Mausoleum at Temple Beth El.

| About The Mausoleum
Founded in 1967, Temple Beth El is Boca Raton's first Jewish congregation. Tradition not withstanding, what makes it the most unique temple in the country is its Mausoleum -something that is "extraordinary and special."
Built on the nearly 10 acres of the Temple Beth El campus, the mausoleum was completed in three phases over 13 years. Being with community permeated the thought process for this project and is what the mausoleum is all about—a way members can be with community throughout the cycle of life and for generations to come.
Steve Throne, a member of the congregation's Board of Trustees put it best: "Religiously it fills the life cycle because everything takes place at the temple from baby namings, bar and bat mitzvahs to weddings, worshiping, and a final resting place."
In Phases I and II, patterned brick walkways lead down breeze-filled corridors to a rotunda and cascading fountain. Phase III, completed in 2005, features an air-conditioned two-story structure.
The Joyce Throne Meditation Garden, a lush tropical outdoor garden with a flowing water feature and teakwood benches, sits just outside the entrance to all three phases of the Mausoleum and provides a tranquil area for visitors to meditate, reflect and offer prayers. Many people select a crypt or niche near the mediation garden because of the perpetual serenity offered by the beautiful garden setting.
Our attention to the facility where you or your loved ones rest is of the utmost importance to us. When our members go into eternity, their final resting place will be supervised by the Temple, a religious organization that has a vested interest in the care of its Jewish community that's very different than being maintained by a for-profit business.
